====== Synthesized Chapter 10 Sample Data ======
[[https://www.databustools.de/|Data Bus Tools GmbH]] has a suite of software that can synthesize Chapter 10/11 from XML definitions. This capability is useful because it allows creating data files with exact, known content. Errors can also be inserted to allow testing for degenerative cases.
The Ch 10 to XML mapping is defined in RCC document 123-16 [[http://www.irig106.org/docs/rcc/123-16_IRIG_106_Chapter10_Programmers_Handbook.pdf|IRIG 106 Chapter 10 Programmers Handbook]] Appendix P.
Below is a set of data sample files created from an XML definition using the [[https://www.databustools.de/IRIG106/XMLCH10mapping.html|Data Bus Tools FLIDAS]] software application. Each zip file contains both the Chapter 10 data as well as the XML definition that was used to create it. Data Bus Tools provides a free version of FLIDAS that will do the conversion between Ch 10/11 and XML.
